Thanks to the use of special fibers with calibrated length, mixed with 99.9% pure alumina and highly aluminous cements, we have developed a castable compound capable of adapting to molds with complex geometry.
The result is an insulating refractory product with flexural strength up to three times higher than traditional sintered ceramic refractories.
This innovative composite is widely used for the production of slabs intended for arc-extinguishing chambers of older generations, effectively replacing those made of asbestos-cement.
